Refund Policy

In accordance with Dutch and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your first purchase (cooling-off period), with no need to give a reason.

If you cancel during this period, we will provide a full refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

Due to the digital nature of our service, your right to cancel expires once the service has been fully delivered (i.e., once you’ve used TrendX beyond a basic trial or received downloadable material). By starting to use TrendX immediately, you agree to waive the cooling-off period for that billing cycle.

• All subscriptions (Pro and Agency plans) are billed monthly.

• You can cancel your subscription anytime, and it will remain active until the end of your billing period.

• No partial refunds are provided for unused time after cancellation.
