TrendX is an AI-powered marketing platform designed for individuals, small businesses, and agencies. Users must be 18+ or have permission from a legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and using the service lawfully.

Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

  • Plans (Free, Pro, Agency) are billed monthly and renew automatically.

  • You can cancel anytime — access stays active until your billing period ends.

  • As per Dutch and EU law, consumers can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, unless the service has already been fully used. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Liability & Rights

TrendX is provided “as is.” We do our best to ensure reliable service but are not responsible for damages resulting from use. All content and technology remain the property of DemoAgency.nl and cannot be copied, resold, or exploited without permission.
